PINC’s Leadership Retreat is designed to reestablish ways to take care of yourself and build your PINC leader toolbox. Our leadership retreat is for the young woman aged 18-25 looking to explore and develop their inner strengths and powers.

PINC Leadership Retreat is carefully curated by CEO, Lisette Miranda, who has been designing life-changing international experiences for almost 10 years. Lisette is devoted to empowering and educating young women for long-term career and life success through travel. “Travel is transformative, and the future is female!” says Lisette. PINC International has been working with students from over 22 universities across the United States since 2014.
